Switch the season:

In Cervinia the slopes start right by the houses, and the ski area links to Zermatt in Switzerland.

In summer the same slopes mean trails, bikes and breakfast on a terrace at two thousand metres.

Shops, ski school and hire five minutes away.

The lifts go up above three thousand metres.

A turquoise lake above Valtournenche, an hour's walk.

We value it on sales in your village and show the home to buyers from Turin, Milan and Geneva.

We let it for a week or the whole winter, welcome the guests and hand over the keys.

Can I let the chalet while I am away?

Yes. Short lets are registered with the town hall and guests are reported to the police system. We take care of it.

What winter upkeep costs

The main costs are heating and snow clearing. We work them out from past winters' bills before the deposit.

What a compromesso is

The preliminary contract: price, date and deposit. The final deed (rogito) is signed at the notary.

When to view homes in the mountains

In summer you see the roof and the road, in winter how the house holds its heat. Better to come twice.
